Return Policy
1. General Return Conditions
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
2. Hygiene Standards & Final Sale Items
Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances once the packaging has been opened. These Final Sale items include:
- Panties, thongs, and bottoms.
- Bodysuits and teddies (if the hygienic liner has been removed or damaged).
- Hosiery (stockings, tights, and garters).
- Intimate toys and personal care accessories.
Please review your sizing carefully before purchasing these items.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
4. Refunds Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the incorrect size/color due to our error. For regular exchanges (e.g., ordering a different size), we recommend returning the eligible item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a photo of the defect and your order number, and we will resolve the issue immediately at no extra cost to you.
