Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Where is my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Delays Bare Luxe is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at hello@shopbareluxe.store and we will make it right.
Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Bare Luxe is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days at hello@shopbareluxe.store and we will investigate with the carrier.
